It is with great sadness that we announce that Ken Cranes will be closing its doors for good.  Read the press release or the LA Times coverage. The good news is that everything is on sale and first come, first served. 

What happens to my Extended Warranty?

You're still covered! In the event you need service, simply contact the third-party service provider and they will sent an authorized servicer to help you out.  If your purchase was made before June 2009, contact Service Net at (866) 237-4477.  If your purchase was after June 2009, contact Warrantech at (800) 248-0322.  

When will Ken Crane's stores officially close?

It depends.  We originally estimated 60 days, but at the rate we've been selling our inventory, it's looking more like 5 to 6 weeks.  Remember, all products are first come, first served.

What items are on sale?

Everything! That means LCDs, Plasmas, DLP HDTVs, 3D TVs, receivers, speakers, subwoofers, accessories, home theater seating, credenzas, tables, wall units, mounting brackets, and more!  Even the fixtures are on sale!

What kind of deals can I expect?

Everything is first come first served.  If you have something in mind, find a store near you and talk to an expert salesperson about your needs.
