Good Employees

I teach customer relations to the employees of several large corporations, including one of your competitors! When I visited your Pasadena recently to compare prices, the gentleman who helped me, Derrick Johnson, was superb. When I do buy my new TV in a few months, I'm going to see Derrick, even if I can beat the price elsewhere. Thank you, JS
