
Good Salesman
A few weeks ago, I was all set to buy two flat screens from the West LA Best Buy. Saw your ad in the Sunday paper and decided to check prices at your Westwood store on Pico. Fortunately, the salesman who was up when I walked in turned out to be Eddie Nalbandian. For all the negative things you hear about sales people, the truth is a good one is incredibly valuable to both the customer and the store owner. Eddie was great! He helped my understand the difference between plasma and LCDs, set up installation for a wall mount and sold me some extras that I was happy to buy once he explained their value. Now, I don't think I was easy either. I went away and did my research but in the end, it wasn't a dollar decision but a customer service one. In fact it turned out one of the sets looked smaller in my house than I realized. Eddie arranged for an exchange to a bigger one that looks just right. Why, even the installation team were first rate. I will definitely be recommending Ken Crane's to friends and to ask for Eddie. - MK
